Eave Height Our standard heights at the eave are 2.4, to 6.0 metres in 300 increments. Our engineering allows us to build higher, but these are the standard heights.
Roof Pitch Our available pitches for roofs are 10,15, 26 and 32 degrees. The most popular is the 15 degree. The steeper pitches give a "heritage" finish to your building .
Span Up to 24 metres clear span at the moment, with the engineers working hard to provide even larger buildings. Our 9 meter clear span carport range is the widest available in Australia for such buildings.
Wind Code Our engineering goes as high as W50C.
Wall Cladding There are three "standard" options for wall cladding and a prestige set of options is available with the Studley range.
Roof Cladding The three standard finishes are available on the roof.
Wall Bay Size Most sheds can have 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5 or 6 meter bays.
Gutter Different states have different requirements for guttering. Aus-Steel can provide your needs anywhere in Australia.
Personal Doors We have a range of three personal doors. They go up to a deluxe model with cylinder lock and flat finish.
Windows A full range is offered in five standard colours. (Non standard colours attract a higher price.) Windows can be placed in any wall.
Roller Doors We supply a full range of roller doors. These too can be placed in any wall.
Colours The full range of colour bond can be mixed and matched on walls, roofs, trims and roller doors.
Accessories Sliding Glass Doors in many sizes.
Security Grills and Fly Screened windows.
Roof Ventilators.
Skylight panels (fiberglass and polycarbonate).
Insulation with safety mesh (& Sizalation).
Motorized Roller Doors.
Vermin proof flashings.
Internal Walls Can do in most sheds.
Mezzanine Floors Available where there is sufficient height inside.
Tie Downs Dyna bolts, pre cast U bolts and chem set are all suitable on most sheds. Embedded columns can be provided for the car port range.
